Project Overview
The Laxmi Pumps Dealer App is a mobile application built for the authorized dealer network of Laxmi Pumps, a residential water pump manufacturer established in 1996. The app gives dealers a single mobile touchpoint to log in securely, browse the current product catalogue, place orders, track order status, and stay in direct contact with the Laxmi Pumps sales team — replacing scattered phone calls and manual order sheets with a structured digital workflow.
The app was designed around how dealers actually work on the ground: quick catalogue lookups while speaking with customers, fast order entry, and the ability to check where an order stands without calling the office.
Business Challenge
Before the app, Laxmi Pumps dealers placed orders and checked stock availability primarily over phone calls and physical order forms. This created delays in order confirmation, made it difficult for dealers to track where their orders stood, and left the sales team manually consolidating orders from multiple dealers with no central, real-time system.
Dealers also had no self-service way to browse the latest product catalogue or reach the sales team directly, which slowed down both ordering and day-to-day communication between the dealer network and the company.

We built a dedicated mobile application for Laxmi Pumps dealers with secure login and authentication, a browsable product catalogue, in-app order placement, and order tracking so dealers always know the status of what they've ordered. A built-in communication channel connects dealers directly with the sales team, and a sales management view helps the company monitor dealer activity and order volumes in one place.
