Project Overview

BWays Analytics is a business intelligence and reporting dashboard built for BWays ERP users. It brings together production, inventory and financial data from across the ERP into one place, giving management and operations teams a live, visual view of how the business is performing instead of relying on separate, manually compiled reports.

The tool was built to sit on top of existing ERP data — turning it into interactive charts, KPI views and custom reports that different teams can use for day-to-day decision-making.

Business Challenge

ERP data across production, inventory and finance modules was accurate but hard to consume at a glance. Getting a combined view of performance meant pulling reports separately from each module and building comparisons manually in spreadsheets, which slowed down reporting and made it harder to spot trends or issues early.

There was no single dashboard where management could monitor key business metrics in real time or build a custom report without depending on a developer or a manual export.

Solution

We built BWays Analytics as a dedicated dashboard layer for BWays ERP, with 18+ interactive chart types covering production, inventory and financial data, a raw data view for users who need to inspect underlying records, Excel upload for bringing in external data, automatic syncing to keep figures current, and a dynamic query builder that lets users create their own custom reports without writing code.
