Project Overview

Delta Irrigation & Fertiliser Pvt. Ltd. is a well-established manufacturer of high-quality pipes, with a premium ISO 9001:2015 certification. Specializing in the production of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipes, they offer products in sizes up to 1200 mm. In addition to pipes, they provide fabricated and moulded fittings and offer jointing and laying services.

The company is located at Five Star MIDC, Kagal, Kolhapur. Their manufacturing facility produces a wide range of pipes, including OPVC, DWC, MDPE, and various other pipe fittings. We take pride in partnering with Delta Irrigation, a trusted manufacturer known for their premium pipelines.

Delta Irrigation is expanding into the agricultural sector with a comprehensive range of fertiliser products aimed at enhancing plant growth and improving crop yields. In the near future, they plan to introduce innovative irrigation solutions designed to optimize water usage and boost farming efficiency. Their mission is to provide integrated solutions that empower farmers to achieve higher productivity while fostering sustainability.

The Challenge of the Project

This is our first irrigation project, and it required us to design a solution tailored specifically to Delta Irrigation’s business needs. As a fully customized project, we integrated an ERP system with their pipe manufacturing machinery to streamline operations. Additionally, we developed a mobile application for booking and tracking delivery challan entries.

The fertiliser plant process is unique, and we implemented the project with similar customization to meet specific operational requirements. We are proud to mark our entry into the irrigation sector with the successful implementation of this project.
